Please be aware:
Some of our users have experienced situation when Parts VHC or/and Advisor VHC page was blank even thought Technician VHC page has been updated with repair lines.
You would need to clear the "cookies" and "cache" from your browsing history.
Please follow simple instructions below: (please note that terminology can vary within different browsers but the principle is the same)
- View the option to clear browsing data by CTRL+Shift+Delete
- select option for "cookies" and "cache"
- apply the change
- if you are not sure what to do, contact your IT
Once you apply the change, please log in again to the workshop system and use as normal. The problem with VHC pages should be resolved.
